Colours shown on the screen are as accurate to the real product colours as possible. However, dependant on your monitor settings, small differences in colours may occur. It is not possible to return goods based on small colour deviances. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us with your queries via the 'contact us' button on the left side of the screen.
Patterns, cut fabrics and cut ribbon are not returnable. Goods that are damaged in shipment will be replaced. All return shipments must be insured for the full value of the contents. The insurance fees will be refunded.
When returning goods, customers need to contact us within 5 working days. Merchandise returned for exchange or replacement must be accompanied by the original receipt, a description of the damage, as well as the customer's shipping address, email address and telephone number.
