Dear customer, please note that when you order from this webshop, you automatically comply with the general terms and conditions as specified below. Your order is processed after receipt of payment. Shipment will normally be within 2-3 working days. Delays may occur during specifically busy times, such as around Christmas. You will be notified when shipment is expected to be delayed.

Please note that to pay with Paypal, you need to have a paypal account. You can create one easily and without any costs, during the checkout process. You can then safely use Paypal to pay by credit card (such as Visa or Mastercard).
Colours
Colours shown on the screen are as accurate to the real product colours as possible. However, dependant on your monitor settings, small differences in colours may occur. It is not possible to return goods based on small colour deviances. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us with your queries via the 'contact us' button on the left side of the screen.
Return policy
Patterns, cut fabrics and cut ribbon are not returnable. Goods that are damaged in shipment will be replaced. All return shipments must be insured for the full value of the contents. The insurance fees will be refunded.
When returning goods, customers need to contact us within 5 working days. Merchandise returned for exchange or replacement must be accompanied by the original receipt, a description of the damage, as well as the customer's shipping address, email address and telephone number.
